Acer XK Chipper & Flipper
Two clubs, one simple stroke: the 37-degree Chipper handles the standard pitch-and-run, while the 46-degree Flipper gets the ball up and stopping fast when short-sided. The wraparound hosel design helps take the shank out of play.

Description
The Acer XK Chipper & Flipper are built around a simple concept: make a club that feels and swings like a putter, but with the loft of an iron. The sole is ultra-wide and contoured, which lets it glide across the rough or the close-cropped grass around the green instead of catching. The hosel sits over the top of the face rather than to the side, which widens the effective hitting area and takes away the shank that's always a risk with a wedge or short iron.
At 37° of loft, the Chipper is built for a pitch and run. It's the shot you reach for when you've got green to work with and just want the ball landing short and rolling out to the hole, without the touch a wedge demands and without the risk of skulling one across the green.
At 46° of loft, the Flipper is built for when a pitch and run won't work. If you're short-sided with little room between the fringe and the hole, a running shot rolls straight past the flag. The Flipper gets the ball up and landing soft instead, so it stops near where it lands rather than chasing past it — the "fly and die" shot most golfers only trust a wedge to hit, now playable with the same simple stroke as the Chipper.
If wedges around the green cost you more strokes than they save, either one of these turns that shot into a more confident putting stroke.
