I'm loving these clubs. I was playing the older Acer XS with Apollo stepless shafts which i loved but i wanted to switch to graphite shafts and modem stronger lofts due to the pesky effect of age starting to tax my distance. Man do these bad boys fly!!! I'm launching the 6 iron out past 165, never done that before even when comparing equal lofts with my current clubs (old 5i vs new 6i.) I'm gaining 10-12 yards, probably due to a combination of both the shaft upgrade and the thin face. They have a very different kind of sweet soft sound when the ball explodes off the trampoline face. The only change i would make now is to skip the 5 iron and just go to 4 hybrid due to my new distance gaps.

The sr1 irons matched with gt65 shafts, are the best irons I have played in my 55 years of playing. Solid irons that accommodate a smooth unhurred swing. I would recommend these irons to anyone. Great design in the irons, and the Metal woods with the cup face design are great.

I bought these at the start of the season and have about 7-8 rounds on them by now. Even though I've been playing in poor spring weather (cold, windy, etc.), these irons hit it noticeably higher and slightly longer than my Maltbys.

I'm starting my 5th year with these irons in my bag. I've tried to kick them out with 2 sets of forged blades but I keep coming right back to these because I love the consistent performance that I get from the XV Tour. The sound and feel on center face strikes are as good or better than any modern forged blade that I've used and you receive plenty of feedback on any mishit. I'm a +2 and these are in my bag to stay.

They are really well made and look great in the bag. They have a great feel even on off center hits. The top line frames the ball nicely,. Well struck shots flew further than expected and had a really nice sound. Overall I would highly recommend these.

Ok, I don’t normally stray far from a forged blade combo set for the last 20 years, but these clubs are good. I’m kind of pick about the the soles on clubs as I am a ‘Picker’ of the ball can fat soles on irons are a problem for me to play all the touch shots I like to play. I’ve bagged these for about 4 rounds and I can say they hit all the shots I want to hit and have acceptable distance and do not pull to the left. I’m nolonger a single digit HC, but I can still on occasion string a good 9 together. These are a delight to play, I can work them , I don’t get the dreaded ‘SOLE BOUNCE’ from on hard lies… They are forgiving but not so much that it’s always a straight ball flight. Distance wise there are about where i want them for my age. It’s not overly long, not short of my other clubs… but a bit less pulls and pushes. Great clubs

I've never really cared for the look of most SGI heads, but my sore elbow and rising scores told me I needed to consider getting a more help from my sticks. Enter the SR1. They look fantastic, and are surprising good looking behind the ball compared to most SGI heads. These do exactly as described. Easy to hit, feel much better than I expected, fly high and straight, and land like a butterfly with sore feet.

I have built and played many cavity backed irons from different companies over the years and I find the Dynacraft CB Prophet irons to be the best. The consistent quality and playability of these irons make them a good choice most golfers. The irons are lively and have provided me with about 10 additional yards throughout the set. I’ve been playing these irons for two seasons now and just recently ordered gap and sand wedges to match my set. If you’re looking for high quality, consistent irons, you should give these a try!

I've had these irons for about a month now, and let me tell you with all confidence that these are some of the best kept secrets on the market today. I had been looking to hollow-bodied irons for a while now, ranging from the offerings from other DTC vendors all the way up to P790s, before finally and fatefully stumbling on these one night. For about $300, and with the ability to do some customization, I figured that I really had nothing to lose with giving them a shot. I am so glad that I did. They are legitimately 10 yards longer per club, and they may give me the cleanest feeling contact I have ever had. Combine the performance with the sleek look, and you've got something really special. My bag is infinitely better now thanks to my new set!

I also own two sets of the MB version of these. Dynacraft are the best price to value club heads on the market, period. Tolerances/specs are always spot on and the performance is right up there with the big names. Don't hesitate to consider these heads for your next set.

I have only played 3 rounds with these, and the first two were on very cold windy days which did not tell me much about ball flight and distance. Next round confirmed everything I thought would happen, accuracy, feel, great ball fight mid-high. Chipping with the short irons is improved due to the narrow sole. I love the look at address with minimal offset. I retired my TaylorMade Aero Burners, I never liked playing a big offset on my irons. I got mine plus 1/2 inch, and bent 1 degree up on the lie angle which suit my swing stance. I have built 100's of sets of golf clubs, and trained club fitter from Ping, Taylormade, Callaway, club technician representatives. This set of irons is a keeper for me without paying over $800 to $1200 for other blade designs. I decided to get this set after hitting Srixon ZX7 irons about a month ago at a demo day event.

I got a set of the Dynacraft Prophet CB Iron Heads last year matching them with the lightweight steel iron shafts. I am an over 60 mid-handicapper but, get good distance and trajectory with these clubs. This is my 3rd set of Dynacraft irons over the past 25+ years and have been satisfied with all of them them. Also, getting older with a slower swing speed, it was a great decision to move to the lighter shafts with regular flex. Highly recommended!

I bought these after reading the reviews. They were all right on. They are long, straight, and forgiving. I am 86 years old and have gained a whole club back. I now hit a PW instead of a 9 about 115 yds. Nice high flight and soft landing. Can't say enough about them.

The weight of the clubs allow for me to have less work on my downswing, and brings the head down nicely and flush. Great place to buy golf clubs for the 6 foot tall plus people I had an inch and added and the chefs that come with the I had an inch added and the step less shafts that come with them are awesome
