Acer XV Thriver Mini
The Thriver Mini plays as two clubs in one: a controllable tee ball on short holes and a go-to option to reach a par 5 in two. The compact titanium head carries almost as much volume as a mini driver, so mis-hits stay forgiving.

Description
The Acer XV Thriver Mini is built for two jobs at once: a controlled tee shot off a short hole, and a fairway club with real distance when you need to reach a par 5 or a long par 4 in two. The head is titanium and shaped like a mini driver more than a traditional fairway wood, with a footprint big enough that if you stood it at driver height, the volume would be close to a 380cc driver head. That's a lot of forgiveness in a club this compact.
Being titanium instead of steel does two things for you. Weight sits low in the sole, which gets the ball up higher than the loft on the head would suggest. And the face is thin and lively, so shots come off fast whether you're teeing it up or hitting it off the deck. It carries the same internal chamber and port design as the matching Acer driver, which is part of why it performs more like a small driver than a conventional fairway wood.
The Thriver Mini is for golfers who want one club that covers a short tee shot and a long approach, with forgiveness built in for both.
