Felon Offset Anti-Slice Non-Conforming Driver
The Felon 2.4 Offset is a non-conforming driver built to do two things at once: hit the ball a very long way, and stop it curving into the right rough. The hosel is offset, which gives the face a fraction longer to square up before impact, and the face sits 2.5° closed on top of that. Between the two, a slice has a much harder time getting started.
The distance comes from a face just 2.4mm thin edge to edge, made from ultra-strong beta titanium. That produces a trampoline effect a conforming driver simply can't produce. At 485cc the head is larger than the 460cc limit as well, so there's more club behind the ball and more room to miss — manufacturer testing puts the gain at roughly 10% on strikes away from the center and up to 15% on shots caught flush.
This is a driver for the golfer who slices it and would rather fix the ball flight than rebuild the swing. It is not legal for tournament play — the size and the spring effect both make it illegal by USGA standards. Available in 9.5°, 10.5° and 12° lofts.
